Elite MEP Engineering is a referral service that connects developers, contractors, and property owners with independent MEP engineering firms. We are not an engineering firm ourselves. We do not prepare designs, stamp drawings, or provide professional engineering services.
Any engineering services are provided directly by the independent firm we refer you to. Elite MEP Engineering makes no representations or warranties about the quality, timeliness, or completeness of work performed by referred firms.
2. No Guarantee of Results
While we vet firms in our network for credentials and licensing, we do not guarantee that any particular firm will be available, suitable, or capable of completing your project. You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before engaging any referred firm.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite MEP Engineering and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our referral service or any services provided by referred firms.
4. Independent Contractors
All firms in our referral network are independent contractors. Nothing in these terms creates an employer-employee, partnership, or joint venture relationship between Elite MEP Engineering and any referred firm.
